More Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally featured in this latest photograph drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various sections of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Further images made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
